The room was pet-friendly, spacious with a comfortable queen bed, complete with a kitchen and safety features like smoke detectors.

Staff was very pleasant and it was a great facility to take our dog.

Very far away from downtown, no Public Transport. Luckily, there's a Shuttle service with decent running hours. First 4 days (out of 7), no muffins at all at breakfast stand.

The room was spacious and affordable, with coffee/tea making machines, a dining area, and a seating area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel's location was fantastic, perfect for property management needs.

my company's room wasn't ready and quite dirty. they changed, but other room was dirty, too. The staff said us it wasn't his responsibilty. it 's manager's responsibilty. we resisted and he called the manager. Our suitcase was locked inside the room. they couln't open the door. We did ourselves. Bathrooom was extremly dirty, toilet was used soneone. no clean towel inside. we tried to fix 2 hours at the night.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Nashville, I was pleased with the clean and tidy rooms. The check-in process was fast and efficient, and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated having a car park available. The laundry room was in perfect working order, allowing me to take care of any laundry needs. Although breakfast consisted of just coffee and muffins, it was a nice touch to have it included. The only drawback was that the fridge in the room was a bit noisy. However, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Ernest the bellman, Andrew the waiter, and the cook, went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. They provided exceptional service, making sure we wanted for nothing. The hotel's central location in this city was a major advantage, with local eateries, a supermarket, and shopping all within a walkable four-block radius. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and comfortable facilities added to our overall enjoyment. Lastly, the hotel's convenient transportation options, including being close to the bus stop to Arusha and the airport, made getting around hassle-free.

Again this hotel would never be on my list of vacation stay.this hotel is not handicap equipped stairs only (no ramp,no elevator)
